The dress that's original color is "blue & black" but it appears gold & white

Omg the world's gone mad , Worldwide people are debating over this eye trick, even woozworld o.o so i found some proof on the internet, that its a blue and black dress!!

In Bright light ,it appears gold and white , but in normal light or darkish light , its blue and black. And the person who made the dress , made it blue and black. Now stop debating like crazy people!!! because 99% of you all are wrong. Now stop!!
